When do I need custom cookies?
Custom sugar cookies are great for all occasions! They are wonderful additions to dessert bars, make great party favors or are the perfect gift for a loved one. Kids especially love colorful cookies, and they are a fun way to celebrate every occasion, big or small, from back to school to birthdays to major holidays!
What do the cookies taste like?
Sugar cookies are baked with a slight crunch and soft inside, flavored with pure vanilla and almond extract, then decorated with vanilla royal icing. More flavors may be offered seasonally - raspberry lemon is my favorite for the summer!
Where are the cookies made?
All cookies are made with love in my residential kitchen in Holladay, Utah. I currently operate under the Homemade Consumption & Homemade Food Act laws.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
All cookies are heat sealed in individual bags to maintain freshness, and are best consumed within 1 to 2 weeks.
Are your cookies gluten free or vegan?
At this time, I do not make gluten free or vegan cookies, and do not have a nut free kitchen. Ingredients include: flour, sugar, butter, eggs, salt, vanilla & almond extract, powdered sugar, meringue powder, corn syrup and food coloring.
How much are custom cookies?
Click here for my pricing guide! Custom sugar cookies are a work of art, and one dozen cookies can take anywhere from 5-12 hours to complete.
How do I place an order?
Please fill out an order request here and I will respond within 2 business days to discuss your order. Please note your order is not booked until I have confirmed via email and your payment is made in full. Orders can be made up to 2 months in advance, and are for local pick up in Holladay, Utah.
Can you ship cookies to me?
Due to local regulations, I am unable to ship my cookies. All cookies must be picked up in Holladay unless otherwise arranged. If you are out of state and need help finding cookies, please let me know and I might be able to connect you with a local cookie artist in your area!
What is your cancellation policy?
I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 30 days prior to your date. You will be charged a 20% cancellation fee within 30 days of your pickup date (80% refund), but no refunds will be given within 2 weeks (14 days) of the pickup date.
Do you offer holiday cookies?
I typically offer pre-sale cookies for major holidays in lieu of taking custom orders. Please check out Instagram to stay up to date for these sales!
Other things to know!
I do not have licensing to create character cookies, will not create offensive/explicit designs, and logo cookies can only be made with approval from said company
I will not duplicate another cookie artists work but can use it as inspiration
If you’d like a design mock up, I am happy to provide artwork for $10 per order
